Cheers Together Gift House sells:
- digital download products, including printable digital wall art
- made-to-order physical products, including mugs, T-shirts, hoodies, coasters, hats, tote bags, and home products
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.
Physical products are made to order and printed after your order is placed.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.

- physical products may vary slightly due to the print-on-demand production process
- product availability may change depending on print provider stock or fulfilment availability

6. Digital Download Terms
Digital wall art and other digital products are for personal use only, unless the product listing clearly states otherwise.
You may not:
- resell the digital files
- share, upload, or distribute the files
- claim the artwork as your own
- use the files to create products for resale
- sell printed copies commercially
- modify the files for commercial resale
- upload the files to print-on-demand platforms, marketplaces, or stock websites
Digital products are delivered electronically. Once a digital file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable consumer law or where we determine there is a technical issue we cannot resolve.
7. Made-to-Order Physical Products
Our physical products are made to order. This means the product is printed after your order is placed.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- change of mind
- wrong size selected
- wrong colour selected
- incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
- minor colour differences due to screen or production variation
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or fulfilled.

- the product is unavailable

- the order appears fraudulent or suspicious
- there is an error in price, product description, or availability
- the shipping address is incomplete or not serviceable

We do not directly store your full credit card details.

Physical products are made to order and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on the product, print provider, destination country, carrier, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international physical orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are already collected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import processing.
